Job Summary

The Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) Department at the University of Michigan-Dearborn invites applications for the position of Professor of Practice. This non-tenure track appointment is designed for distinguished practitioners who have made significant contributions to the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Human Centered Engineering Design. The successful candidate will bring applied engineering experience into our academic environment, enhancing our teaching and learning through practical, application-oriented education. The effort level for the appointment may be variable and will be determined based on need and/or mutual agreement.
