Purpose:
As a Learning Design Manager you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to bring to life course and program strategies, stories and ideas. You should have a strong foundation in the science of
learning, learning design, and learning analytics. You will create and lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to incubate a collection of exciting, growing, and ground-breaking digital offerings. You will create collaborative relationships with faculty, academic staff, and external parties to develop and manage new digital learning programs and support existing programs. You will report to the Managing Director, Office of Digital Education.

Additional Information

The posting range for this position is $85,600-$115,550. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
