Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree AND two years of professional experience
OR
Any Associate's Degree AND six years of professional experience
Note: This discipline listing applies only to instructors teaching apportionment-generating courses in the subject of athletic training. Non-apportionment-generating athletic training activitiy is not subject to minimum qualifications.Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching community college level courses.

Pay Philosophy
Starting salary for Part Time Faculty is based on educational achievement and relevant prior employment experience up to but not beyond Step 4. Further step advancement shall occur at the beginning of the intersession or semester following completion of multiples of 30 LHE at Santa Monica College.
