Accelerated Care Plus (ACP) is a Hanger company and a leading provider of Evidence-Based Clinical Programs, Leading-Edge Rehabilitation Technologies and Advanced Therapist Training serving over 6,000 healthcare entities and chronic rehab providers throughout the U.S., including the nation's leading Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health and Inpatient/Outpatient organizations nationwide.
Purpose:
The Market Leader will achieve clinical excellence and partner retention by establishing maximum value for our clients through oversight of our delivery of services. The Market Leader will report to the Division Operations Manager.
Territory: California & Nevada - must reside in either territory

- Provide direct operational support to the DBL to assist the region to meet or exceed key
- operational objectives
- Facilitate partner satisfaction and retention by ensuring high client experience ratings
- in relation to ACP products and services
- Work cohesively with the Regional Manager of Sales to Facilitate new business
- development and retention in all chosen markets
- Cultivate best practices for clinical services, in terms of safe, clinically efficacious
- application of biophysical agents and rehabilitation technologies
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Education in the areas of clinical research, program
- development, and/or quality assurance and compliance activities
- Train, develop, support, and mentor Clinical Program Managers
- Provide feedback to Division Business Leader regarding direct reports in terms of
- professional goals, performance standards, performance planning, and performance
- reviews
- Current licensure in appropriate therapy field
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of clinical or healthcare experience with at least 3 years of management experience
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel throughout region as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly
- Full time ACP employee
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in using ACP core programming
- Excellent track record of successful ACP clinical program implementation and management
- Working knowledge of FDA requirements, protocols on ACP equipment, and medical terminology
- Experience in Healthcare or Geriatric Rehabilitation
- Outstanding customer service and public relations skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AGW
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized

Pay range of $101,800.00 - $140,000.00 (salary range) + bonus+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
