Overview

NV5 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Environmental Marketing Team. This dynamic role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from any of our office locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing high-quality proposals and presentations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities
    Develop and manage proposal schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Create proposal outlines based on RFP requirements and coordinate proposal strategy
  • Support theme development and messaging for compelling proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants to ensure proposal completeness
  • Write and edit non-technical proposal content, ensuring clarity and impact
  • Design proposal graphics and assemble final documents for submission
  • Oversee production and delivery of proposals to clients
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral to reflect NV5's capabilities
  • Assist with social media and digital marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical staff resumes for proposal use
  • Ensure CRM data is current and accurately reflects proposal activity
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate marketing files and internal proposal databases
  • Coordinate contract reviews and proposal edits with leadership and technical staff
  • Keep up to date with changes in proposal processes and marketing best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from an accredited institution
  • 3-10 years of experience in proposal coordination or a similar marketing role, preferably in the engineering or construction industries
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Deltek/Vantagepoint CRM (or similar systems)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - 48.08/hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.

NV5 may provide restricted stock units, stay bonuses, or relocation allowances as part of the compensation package. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are also offered to full-time employees, along with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, with employee and employer contributions. 3 weeks of Paid Time Off a year for full-time employees along with 8 paid holidays a year. 401(k) savings plan; Company Paid Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance; Company Paid Short-term and long-term disability insurance are also provided.
