Your Role

The Shield Concierge Pharmacy team provides efficient and accurate support to internal Shield Concierge (SC) Customer Care, Medical Care Solutions (MCS), Priority/Premier Services and Social Media for pharmacy related inquires. The Pharmacy Technician-Advanced will report to the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor. In this role you will provide white glove service while resolving outpatient pharmacy benefit coverage inquiries, including prescription claim processing problems, and communication of drug formulary guidelines and alternatives.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician license
• Requires at least 4 years of pharmacy related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability encompasses basic understanding of internal procedures and policies needed to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks

Your Pay

The pay range for this role is: $ 22.69 to $ 31.77 for California.
