Job Description
CLINICAL DIRECTOR, LEXINGTON, MIT Health, based in the Lexington Care Center, a family-oriented primary care office located on the campus of Lincoln Laboratory, develops a cohesive staff development strategy for all Lexington employees, 2 providers, a nurse supervisor, 2 medical assistants and a patient services representative, including clinical training and coaching in support of service line initiatives; maintains accountability for achieving goals and assures that clinical care and operations are in accordance with regulatory requirements, clinical operational guidelines, and standards of clinical care. Will lead patient care improvement initiatives, recruitment of staff and evaluation of patient services; serve as a mentor and role model to all clinical staff; collaborate with other MIT Health leaders and provide support to redesign workflows and responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective care delivery in alignment with MIT Health’s priorities; and will work in conjunction with MIT Health senior leadership and Lincoln Laboratory to maintain relationship and partnership for care of the community.

Job Requirements:REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program with an accredited US institution; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics; current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS); valid MA license, MA CSR and Federal DEA; a minimum of five years of clinical experience in Primary Care; and clinical leadership experience. Salary range: $230K-$260K
This role continually manages their schedule to ensure the appropriate balance between clinical time (21 clinical hours) and administrative leadership.
