MANAGER OF AUDIO VISUAL(AV) INFRASTRUCTURE, Sloan School of Management-Technology Services, to lead the future of audiovisual technology across state-of-the-art learning and collaboration spaces; shape the audiovisual experience for one of the top business schools in the world; manage 150+ AV-equipped spaces across nine buildings; set the architectural standards for AV systems that deliver seamless, reliable, and cutting-edge experiences for students, faculty, and staff; and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AV systems ensuring that MIT Sloan continues to be a leader in technology-driven learning environments.
Find the full job description here.Job Requirements:REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in AV design, integration, and project management; detail-oriented, innovative, with a deep technical expertise that spans projection systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and AV over IP systems such as Crestron NVX and Q-SYS; well-versed in project management and enjoys collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams; robust leadership skills and passionate about exploring and piloting new technologies to continuously improve AV experiences; and possesses excellent communication skills and client-centered approach that enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. Salary range: $84,545- $113,035 - $141,525, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
