MNA Delivers leadership, support, and guidance to healthcare facilities of all sizes across multiple specialists with the primary goal of providing accessibility, value, and quality medical administrative support services.
What You’ll Do:
The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership for all aspects of the company's operations, emphasizing long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment.
- Exploring possibilities with value-based contracts, direct primary care, and maximizing reimbursement from traditional payers.
- Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
- Present regular reports on the company’s operations status to the board and staff.
- Oversee the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the company's mission and goals.
- Review the financial results of all operations, compare them with the company’s objectives, and take appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Expanding relationships with other organizations to foster possible joint ventures and partnerships.
- Develop and mentor department leads to maximize administrative efficiency and foster organizational values.
- Train department leads in effective project management techniques.
- Work with department leads to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations and develop a plan for sustainability.
- Foster relationships with local hospitals, foundations, local and state government, and other stakeholders -to provide better and cost-effective health care for Alaskans.
- Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing operations of all divisions in the company.
- Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives.
- Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
- Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion.
- Promotes communication and cooperation among divisions to create unity in the organization.
What You Need For This Job:
- Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Medical administration experience preferred.
- Professional leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
- Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
- Must reside in or near Wasilla, Alaska, or willing to commute.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
