We are looking for amission-driven professional welderwith 3 years of experience to become our next aluminum welder at ACU-5. Candidate will support the PMS377, Amphibious Ship Program at ACU-5 Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA.

As a Welder, you will:

• Provide expert on-site aluminum welding and structural repair support for on-going LCAC repair availabilities.
• Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals
• Continue growing and perfecting your welding skills, including thin plate aluminum welding.

A week in the life of an ACU-5 Welder:

Responsibilities include, cutout, surface preparation, fit-up and welding on 5456 and 5052 series aluminum, 316L CRES and B265 INCONEL
Work closely with US Navy personnel and adhering to US. Navy Quality Assurance Standards.

High School Diploma OR GED
3 years of welding experience and at least 1 year of experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/GTAW) applications on thin-walled aluminum pipe and plate.
Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance is required
