Overview:

The Director of Human Resources is a key leadership role that oversees all aspects of human resources for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. This position will require a highly skilled HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee evaluation, and program management. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and ensuring that all HR processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support the organization's business goals and objectives.

• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including talent acquisition and management.

• Design and implement effective employee evaluation processes to ensure employee engagement and performance improvement.

• Supervise and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and coaching as needed.

• Manage and maintain all HR systems and software, including Ceridian and Workday.

• Conduct interviews with job candidates and provide recommendations for hiring.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and employee data privacy.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions to address them.

• Analyze and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

 

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee evaluation.

• Experience in program management and supervising HR professionals.

• Proficiency in HR software, including Ceridian, Workday, and SAP.

• Excellent interviewing and communication skills. • Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience with Paychex HR software.

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $51,250.00 - $71,500.00 per year
