Manager, Audiovisual Services

Job Description

MANAGER, AUDIOVISUAL SERVICES (AVS), Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) (three openings), to oversee an AVS team (events, operations, or systems services) to ensure the delivery, support, and maintenance of professionally installed audiovisual systems for events, daily operations, or systems services.  Will oversee the coordination of assets, including human resources, equipment, expendables, and additional requirements ensuring the successful implementation of AVS services that achieve the highest level of customer service; manage conflicting concurrent schedules, oversee multiple priorities, and advise cross-functional team members; and serve as a leader and mentor to audiovisual specialists of varying levels.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree; at least five years of experience in audiovisual services, business management, project management, or another related field; at least three years of experience leading teams, event production, AVS operations, and/or large scale AVS projects; experience with audio signal flow, video conferencing technologies, and complex audiovisual control systems; experience with a CRM platform, preferably ServiceNow; excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment; and a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.  PREFERRED:  experience in higher education and AVIXA CTS and/or audiovisual industry certifications.  Job #24378-11

Starting salary range: $110,000 - 125,000

This is a full-time hybrid position.
