Job description

University College Birmingham is looking to recruit a Chef Lecturer to join the growing and exciting College of Food, to be part of the teaching team delivering high quality, inspiring, and inclusive programmes across their portfolio of courses.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have industry experience across the food, hospitality, and Culinary sectors, and preferably have sustained teaching experience within the HE field.

The role will require you to teach practical and theory subjects in areas such as culinary arts management, kitchen and restaurant operations, new food product development, and hospitality business management, as well as providing outstanding pastoral support and tutorage to diverse and ambitious student cohorts.
