The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington invites applicants for open rank non-tenure track faculty positions in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource (OBHR) Management area, to begin fall 2025.

Candidates to be considered at the Lecturer classification must have a master’s degree in the area of appointment or related field. Candidates should have significant professional experience and, ideally, have experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; teaching experience with large class sizes and in the online modality are also highly desirable.
